Is your quote actually complete?
Got a quote for lawn care, pressure washing, mulching, or gutter cleaning somewhere in the Midlands? Answer a few questions and we'll show you what a thorough quote should spell out — and exactly what to ask for if something is missing.
This works on any contractor's quote, including ours. We built it because "cheapest per visit" and "best value" are rarely the same bid.
Step 1 of 3
Which service is the quote for?
We'll ask 6-8 quick yes/no/unsure questions pulled straight from our buyer's guide for that service.
Why these questions
Written scope beats a number
Two quotes can differ by $30 a visit and cover completely different work. The checker walks the scope items that actually change the price.
Insurance is the one to never skip
If a crew is hurt or a window breaks on an uninsured job, that exposure can land on the property owner. It is a fair question to ask any contractor.
Compare like for like
Use the same checklist on every bid you receive. Whatever you decide, you will be comparing the same things instead of guessing.
Want a second quote to compare? We'll walk the property and put the scope in writing — no obligation.
