Midlands Exterior Solutions is owned and run by Nick Creighton and John Cundiff—two long-time crew leads who each ran their own commercial route truck for one of the country’s largest landscape services companies. We brought the same standards, equipment habits, and route discipline to a smaller residential book across Lexington, Columbia, and the greater Midlands.
How we work

Where we came up
Before Midlands Exterior Solutions, both owners ran commercial route trucks for a national landscape services company’s Augusta–Columbia branch (Yellowstone Landscape) for several years—maintaining large commercial sites on tight schedules, leading crews, and learning the equipment, agronomy, and customer-communication standards that hold up under volume.
We took those habits with us when we built the residential book at Midlands Exterior Solutions. The properties are smaller; the standard isn’t.
