Video walkthrough (optional)

After you film a short phone walkthrough or drone clip, embed it here (YouTube/Vimeo) or host on your site. Video is one of the highest-trust upgrades competitors skip—keep it under 60 seconds and show real angles from this job.

The problem

Two maples showed root flare buried under mulch; rotor heads weren’t popping fully—risking dry patches mid-summer.

Work performed

  • Mulch pulled back from trunks to proper depth and saucer shape
  • Heads exposed and tested before reinstall
  • Edge re-cut for a crisp line against sod without cutting wire paths blind

Outcome & results

Irrigation check passed; homeowner added us to quarterly bed maintenance after seeing water coverage improve.

  • All tested heads popped to full arc after mulch correction
  • Quarterly bed maintenance added same season
  • Root flares visible again—no “volcano” piles against trunks
